General Urgent Information


Message: Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.

Message: In preparation for your upcoming trip check for any vaccine and/or testing requirements, travel restrictions, policies, or mandates related to Covid-19 to and from your destination. Resources available online include, but are not limited to, government, airline, and your host resort’s website.

Message: Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com

Message: The resort has a Saturday check in, except during Christmas and New year when the check in dates are always 15, 23 and 30 December. Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights and for correct check in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled.

Message: Please be aware only unit 25 is suitable for people with walking difficulties. Please contact resort before check in. Please contact the resort about restaurant opening times during low season.

Message: A credit card imprint is acceptable for security deposit. Resort charges 2% admin fee for all credit cards, including AMEX. Electricity is metered. Guests are charged for the units used.

Message: Balcony heights in this resort are lower than normal, extra care should be taken.
