General Urgent Information


Message: If inbound needs ADA unit please have them call resort directly at 413-243-3500. If resort does not have a mobility accessible unit on site, they will contact a local hotel at no cost to the inbound.

Message: Owners must have their week reserved or deposited a minimum of 30 days in advance of the start date for the spacebank to be verified. Owners cannot deposit online. Owners must call 800-613-0310.
